The team of the Foundation for the Support and Development of Mentoring Programs Older Brother, Older Sister consists of the Executive Director and the Program Associate for Development and Quality, as well as two students supporting the work of the Foundation, an Administrative Assistant, and a PR Assistant.

Ivana Radić

Executive Director

Ivana graduated in Economics from the University of Sarajevo. She began her professional career as the coordinator of the Older Brother, Older Sister Network at the Expert Center for Addiction Prevention, and since January 1, 2021, she has served as the Director of the foundation. Her dedication to working with children and youth spans more than a decade — she first took her steps in this field through volunteer engagement in the Older Brother, Older Sister program from 2011 to 2014. With her experience in management and organization, Ivana actively contributes to the development and improvement of programs that provide support to children and young people in need.

Nerma Daut-Bajramović

Quality and Development Program Associate

She graduated in Psychology from the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo, and continued her professional development through training in psychotherapy. From the beginning of her career, she has been employed in the non-governmental sector, working on providing psychosocial support to children, youth, families, and professionals through education, counseling, and the development of empowerment programs. She also has several years of experience in psychological counseling. Driven by the need to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and contribute to the wider community, she began a long-term volunteer engagement with children and youth at risk while still a student. She has been connected to the Older Brother, Older Sister program for over 20 years, first as a volunteer, then as a coordinator, and today as a professional associate for program development.

Asija Muslić

PR Assistant

Asija graduated in Management and Organization from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Sarajevo and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. She has built her professional experience through engagement in the non-governmental sector, working in marketing, communications, event organization, and the development of projects focused on children and youth. She is an active volunteer in the Older Brother, Older Sister program, through which she grows together with her younger “brother” every day, building a relationship based on trust, support, and shared learning.

Džejlana Bećirović

Administrative Assistant

Džejlana is a second-year student at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. She began building her professional experience as a part-time assistant at the Stariji brat, starija sestra Foundation, where she became closely familiar with the values and importance of mentoring relationships. Since the beginning of the 2025/26 academic year, she has been dedicating her time outside of academic obligations to contributing to the high-quality implementation of the Stariji brat, starija sestra program, actively supporting the creation of a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.
