Members of the Governmental Committee of the Foundation for Support and Development of the Older Brother, Older Sister Mentoring Programs are elected for a four-year term. The current composition of the Governmental Committee was extended in May 2023 during a regular meeting of the Governmental Committee of the Older Brother, Older Sister Foundation, and in June 2023, Dženana Šabić Hamidović passed on her seat in the Governmental Committee to our dear Adisa Gagula.
Members of the Governmental Committee carry out their duties on a voluntary basis, demonstrating the importance of mentorship through their personal example.

Đana Lončarica
Member of the Governmental committee
Đana Lončarica graduated psychology on Philosophy University of Sarajevo, and graduated master of Social Pedagogy on Faculty of Education-Rehabilitation in Tuzla. She is currently in PHD program at the Faculty of Health Sciences in Sarajevo. She finished Gestalt psycho-therapy and family systemic psycho-therapy. She is practitioner of EMDR-a. She finished Child and adolescent integrative psycho-therapy. She completed internship in center for mental health, after that she has worked ten years in therapeutic community with drug addicts. She has worked also with people who abuse alcohol, women and children who were victims of family abuse and other psycho therapy work in non-governmental organizations. She is working in Agency for education and psychotherapy KONTAKT-HOMINI, where she has individual, couple and family psycho-therapy. She is member of Association of psychologist Bosnia and Herzegovina, member of EAGT European Association for Gestalt Therapy, EAP European Association for Psychotherapy EIATSCYP European Interdisciplinary Association for Therapeutic Services for Children and Young People, AST EFTA-TIC- Association of family systemic psychotherapy.
Erol Mujanović
Member of the Governmental committee
Erol holds a PhD in Economics, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship and project management. He has 25 years of experience in the development sector, having worked in senior leadership positions with a high level of responsibility for managing activities and resources. Erol is also a passionate marathon runner who enjoys pushing boundaries and has spent the past two decades striving to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities, while also bringing people closer together through sport. His professional journey has taken him through highly prestigious international organizations, as well as through the founding and management of non-governmental organizations. He is especially motivated to contribute to the Older Brother, Older Sister program, as he finds deep fulfillment in supporting children and bringing joy to the people around him.
Adisa Gagula
Member of the Governmental committee
Adisa was once part of the Older Brother, Older Sister program as a younger sister. Her experience in the program was filled with positive emotions, new knowledge, and valuable relationships. Today, she remains in contact with her older sisters, who have become close friends and sources of support, motivation, and unconditional love. She is currently a second‑year student at the Faculty of Kinesiology and, since 2023, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Support and Development of Mentoring Programs Older Brother, Older Sister. In addition, she is active as a photographer at various events and activities organized by the Foundation, as well as at the Addiction Prevention Competence Centre. Adisa volunteers with three other organizations, but her greatest passion is working with children and youth from alternative care. Through her engagement, she strives to show that every young person can always have support, a friend, and a shoulder to lean on.
